Opportunity to grow with one of the largest independent supermarkets in
the state.
- Seeking an experienced, Knowledgeable, deli/bakery manager.
- Must be trained in all phases of deli bakery.
- Must enjoy working with the people, likes to take charge and appreciates
creativity.
Principal Account-abilities:
- Prepares and executes daily / weekly work schedules.
- Monitors product merchandising and sales.
- Supervises department employees; maintains efficiency and morale.
- Maintains gross profit goals by monitoring receiving, invoices, pricing, shrink and inventory.
- Instructs employees on safety and sanitation programs; demonstrates
proper equipment use.
- Promotes department and store policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Deli bakery experience required.
- Must be able to lift/carry 15 to 50 lbs.; push/pull 100 to 2200lbs; bending, stooping kneeling, crouching and climbing.
- Must be willing to work any required shift and overtime if necessary.
